All Summer in a Day by Heartbeatbox

Sometimes when I feel a bit awful I think of the story "All Summer in a Day" and I think that I must feel the way that the character Margot felt.  I read the story in elementary school for the Great Books program and it's one of the few things from childhood that stands out to me.  

I also remember watching lots of episodes of Ray Bradbury Theater and this was included in one of them, however, the ending was changed.  The children were nicer-- this isn't the part that I think of.  I think of the story.
